Frequently asked
questions

Here are our most asked questions:

What do I need to bring with my dog?
-The only thing that you're required to bring with your dog is food. We always encourage bringing something from home to make them feel comfortable. This could include a bed, blanket, favorite toy, etc. You're welcome to bring anything you'd like. We provide bowls that are sanitized twice daily.

When can I drop my dog off and pick them up?
-Our drop off hours are 6:30am-11:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday. We also offer weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am-9:00am. Sunday evening pick up is by appointment. Please schedule this with us at drop off! We require that all dogs arrive on a leash.

Will my dog get to participate in daycare?
-All of our new guests will go through the new dog introduction/meet and greet whenever they arrive. As long as they get along with others, they will be out of their rooms to play all day long! We do require a spay/neuter at the age of 6 months to participate in daycare. Boarding guests are not required to be spayed/neutered. If your dog does not enjoy play time with others, we have separate play areas for them to play ball and have individualized attention from our staff!

What should I have prepared for my dog's arrival?
-We require that you bring an updated copy of your dogs shot records. The shots that we require are Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. We DO encourage the lepto vaccine although we can't require it. We also need a registration form which can be found underneath the requirements tab of this website. Please have shot records and registration form ready to go at drop off.

What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
-We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the reservation when proper notice isn't given for cancellation. Please call to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation drop off time. We are willing to make allowances for special circumstances. We do not require reservations for daycare. We are open for daycare Monday-Friday.

Can I come in for a tour?
-You can certainly come and visit our facility! We offer tours by appointment in the evenings as we have an open concept facility and are unable to bring customers back during the day due to the dogs play time. Call us to schedule your evening tour. We are happy to show you.

How do I make a reservation?
- Give us a call! If we don't answer, leave a message as we frequently work in order of voicemails received. If you have boarded with us before, just send us a text with the desired dates for boarding and we will get your fur baby scheduled!

What is the daily schedule like for my dog?
-We begin work at 6:30am Monday-Friday and 7:00am Sat/Sun. All dogs are rotated out into our 8 ft tall fenced in yards to do their morning business. After they have gone potty and have had plenty of time outside, the dogs get to play in our indoor play areas. During playtime, all of their rooms are sanitized and breakfasts are prepared. Once all duties are finished in their sleeping quarters, dogs are brought back into their rooms to eat breakfast. All boarding dogs are required to stay in their kennels for at least 30 minutes after eating to rest their stomachs before playing again. After this rest time, dogs are free to run themselves silly for the day. Boarding guests return to their rooms around 5pm to eat dinner. We close at 6pm. After we close, we do "late night let out" where all dogs get the chance to potty again before bed. This means they only have to "hold it" from 9pm-6:30am. Due to having an active day, our kennel room is VERY quiet whenever we return late in the evenings. This gives the dogs a chance to rest up and prepare to do it all again the next day.
